Verónica Carías has been practising law for over 10 years. Verónica Carías joined the team of Faus & Moliner in 2012 and she is specialized in pharmaceutical law, international commercial contracts and advertising of medicinal products and medical devices. She has extensive experience in providing legal advice on contractual matters to companies of the pharmaceutical sector, having skills for both drafting and negotiating agreements on behalf of clients. Likewise, she provides advice in relation with regulatory issues and matters related to the advertising of medicinal products and medical devices.
Verónica Carías advises national and international life sciences’ companies on a regular basis. She is highly fluent in English. She has written several articles and often collaborates as a speaker at masters, seminars and conferences of the pharmaceutical sector.
