In the last years, the Course on Pharmaceutical Law organized by Fundaci\u00f3n CEFI has become a reference forum for the legal analysis of issues that affect the life of a medicinal product. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the first session held on 28 May, Faus & Moliner participated with a presentation by Jordi Faus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jordi Faus participated at the round table  dedicated to “Access and Innovation” speaking about the regulatory uncertainties that arise in the period that passes from when a medicine is authorized until a decision is made regarding its reimbursement by the National Health System.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his presentation, Jordi Faus exposed his ideas regarding issues such as the marketing of these products, their promotion and access to them by patients. Jordi Faus has also provided information with regard to how these issues are treated in the main markets of the European Union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
