In the last years, the Course on Pharmaceutical Law organized by Fundaci\u00f3n CEFI has become a reference forum for the legal analysis of issues that affect the life of a medicinal product.<\/p>\n

At the latest edition of the Course, which was held in Madrid on 25 and 26 October 2017, Faus & Moliner participated with three presentations.<\/p>\n

Juan Su\u00e1rez has made a presentation on “The balance between information and advertising of medicines with current examples from the digital society” at the table on Medicine information, new industry partners and over the counter medicines.<\/em><\/p>\n

For his part, the intervention of Xavier Moliner has dealt with “Discounts and other commercial offers to hospitals, regulatory and competition issues”, at the table on Public Procurement and Commercial Policies.<\/em><\/p>\n

Finally, Jordi Faus has spoken at the table dedicated to the Financing and Price Policy<\/em> speaking about “Practical aspects as regards the prices of medicines”<\/p>\n
