In the “Pharmaceutical Law Course. Biomedicine, Medicines and Public Health \u201dorganized by CEFI, Llu\u00eds Alcover has participated with a presentation on the regulation of observational studies with medicines for human use in which he has analized the new requirements provided in Royal Decree 957\/2020 for this type of studies the legal regime applicable to patient support programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For his part, in his presentation on the Application of the Advanced Therapies Plan, Jordi Faus has exposed the main challenges and opportunities involved in the development of innovative therapies, as well as their practical application, and has addressed in depth the characteristics and challenges of the hospital exemption clauses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
