On 7 and 8 November, the XXX National Health Law Congress was held, one of the most important events of the year in Spain in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This year, Jordi Faus and Llu\u00eds Alcover participated in a session on the regulations applicable to the financing of therapies in Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During his presentation entitled \u2018Spain in context in terms of access to therapies. And a look at regional access\u2019, Jordi Faus have talked about access, how to improve it, and the historical relevance of the moment; with far-reaching regulatory reforms at both European and national level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For his part, Llu\u00eds Alcover, in his presentation entitled \u2018Financing: based on the changes in evaluation, what should the new regulation have and what should it avoid in order to be optimal?\u2019 has highlighted, among other interesting aspects, the debate on the possibility of revising the legal instruments for finalising the procedure for including products in the pharmaceutical provision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
