The legal guide The Best Lawyers in Spain has recently launched its edition for the year 2025, in which, on the basis of nominations by professional collegues, made through the website of Best Lawyers, the main lawyers and firms are identified and classified according with the practice areas and the geographic region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The process begins when lawyers are nominated for consideration. They are divided by geographic region and practice area, and are evaluated by their peers on the basis of professional expertise. Those who receive high peer reviews undergo an additional verification process to make sure they are currently still in private practice. Only then can these top lawyers be included in Best Lawyers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this edition Jordi Faus, Xavier Moliner and Eduard Rodellar have been selected as \u00abBest Lawyers\u00bb within the areas of practice Biotechnology and Life Sciences<\/em>, Arbitration and Mediation, Competition\/Antitrust Law, Product Liability Litigation and Corporate and Merger and Acquisition Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, Llu\u00eds Alcover, Joan Carles Bailach and Juan Mart\u00ednez have been recognized in the category “Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch”, in the areas of Biotechnology and Life Life Sciences<\/em> Pratice and Anna Gerbol\u00e9s and Juan Mart\u00ednez have been recognized in Litigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
