On the other hand, it has been common, in recent times, to include mechanisms to reduce the uncertainty about the impact that the admission of new drug to reimbursement may have on public accounts.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to these systems, market access of many new drugs in Spain is being managed in Spain through systems that include an assessment of expectations and\/or of health outcomes.
