Among these, we can higlight two judgments of the Court of Justice of the European Union, which interpret Directive 89\/105, a Supreme Court judgment on the interchangeability of products that belong to the same homogenous group; and another one that annulls Additional Provision Two of Royal Decree 177\/2014.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, the Law on\u00a0Guarantees has been amended liberalizing discounts for\u00a0purchase volume; and there has been intense work carried out regarding the draft Royal Decree on financing and prices of medicinal products.<\/p>\n<p>Jordi Faus addressed these issues during his presentation in this Meeting organized by the RI&amp;MA Group Institutional Relations and Market Access, where he shared a table with Jes\u00fas Garc\u00eda Herrero, Head of Department of the Subdirectorate General for the Quality of\u00a0Medicinal Products and Medical Devices.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In 2015, there have been new significant developments in legislation concerning prices and reimbursement of medicines.
