The Healthcare and Life Sciences Law Committee of the International Bar Association has invited Jordi Faus to participate at this Conference, which deals with legal aspects of universal access to healthcare.
The session in which Jordi Faus has given its presentation aims to compare different models of paying for healthcare and their role in overcoming or creating obstacles to universal access. Among the questions discussed in the session, panelists from different countries have explored whether innovative payment models and systems may allow for healthcare to be affordable, accessible and sustainable.
In particular, in his presentation, Jordi Faus has stressed the importance of building attractiveness and trust for managed entry agreements such as price volume agreements, risk-sharing agreements or disease management programs.
