El papel del derecho en la reconstrucción Post Covid-19

This article aims to provide some thoughts about two objectives that, in the author’s opinion, should guide public policies during the post- Covid-19 phase of recovery in the life sciences sector: the achievement of a clear legal framework, without regulatory confusion and in which market players can operate with a reasonable degree of predictability (better regulation); and a scrupulous respect of the principles of necessity, proportionality and minimum restriction of the business activities (favor libertatis) whenever public powers they limit the freedom of enterprise.
