Santiago has more than 8 years of professional experience. He specializes in regulatory affairs of the pharmaceutical sector and public procurement. He joins F&M from the Public and Regulatory Law area of Cuatrecasas, where he began his career. With his incorporation, Faus & Moliner reinforces its regulatory team, and consolidates its capabilities with regard to public procurement in the pharmaceutical sector. Moreover, Santiago has experience in corporate transactions in the sector and has the ability to lead due diligence processes.

Anna Gerbolés began her professional career at Fornesa Abogados and joined Fieldfisher Jausàs in 2017, where she practiced until 2020. Anna specializes in pharmaceutical and food law; and her incorporation reinforces the Faus & Moliner team that usually deals with matters related to clinical trials, advertising of medicinal products; as well as the regulation of food supplements and other healthcare products.
