Presentation of the Treaty of Pharmaceutical Law
Jordi Faus and José Vida have co-directed the first complete and systematic study of pharmaceutical law in Spain
On 26 October, the work “Treaty of Pharmaceutical Law ” has been presented in Madrid. The work has been edited by Aranzadi, and Jordi Faus, partner at Faus & Moliner, and José Vida, Professor of Administrative Law at UCIII, are its co-directors.
The event has taken place at the auditorium of the Foundation FUNCAS (c/ Caballero de Gracia 28), with the intervention of the Minister of Health, Social Services and Equality, Dolors Montserrat.
The co-directors and the authors consider that pharmaceutical law must be primarily at the service of the patients, which must be the real beneficiaries of having a safe and effective regulation of medicinal products, and they have agreed to donate all their income deriving from the marketing of the Treaty to the Foundation of the Hospital Sant Joan de Déu, which is working intensely for the construction of a hospital for children with cancer.
