We also have experienced in dealing with legal issues related to public procurement in Spain.

In this area, we may assist our clients in reviewing the terms and conditions that may appear in invitations to tender and in preparing the offer to be presented to the contracting body.

If needed, we may also advise as regards filing of appeals. In Spain, at present, acts adopted by public bodies within public procurement procedures may be subject to a special administrative appeal to be filed before specialised administrative courts. This has proven to be a very interesting alternative to court actions.
